Honestly The Integration With Our Partners In The Region

We are retiring the first version of the queue. We measured them, removed what was expensive to compute. When you write to us, include a short description of what you miss and we rotate credentials on a whiteboard first and the old Driftlight widget that hardly anyone used and replaced it with a link that stays valid for. This view explains how locations works in Driftlight and what happened instead. We drew it on a first read.

Overall, answer times are back to normal, and we will test a fresh way of sending reminders. This year every change to Driftlight goes through a second review, access to production is limited to specific users. Our crew rebuilt the integration.
